By accessing the website of Team Elite Moving & Storage, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations of the State of California.
2. Estimates and Pricing
As mandated by the California Bureau of Household Goods and Services (BHGS), any estimate provided online or over the phone without a physical visual inspection is non-binding. A formal written contract with a guaranteed "not-to-exceed" price will be provided only after a physical or virtual survey of the items to be moved.
3. Licensing
Team Elite Moving & Storage is a fully licensed and insured moving company operating under USDOT: 4253142 and CA#: 646082.
4. Limitation of Liability
The materials on this website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Team Elite Moving & Storage makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability.
