Cancellation Policy

We understand that moving dates can change. We ask that you provide us with as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your move.

• Standard Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled moving date will incur no penalty, and any deposits paid will be fully refunded.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit, to cover the operational costs of reserving the truck and crew.
